Fish science!
A brewery located in the Czech Republic, called the Protivin brewery, uses crayfish as a way to check the purity of its water. The brewery, located in South Bohemia, has placed the crayfish, which are sensitive to changes in their aquatic environment, in fish tanks throughout the brewery's water supply. The fish are equipped with sensors that detect changes in their movement, which can indicate changes in the water's purity.
